Return Policy THE CHEF STORY

To return any faulty/damaged or unwanted/incorrect product within 7 days of product delivery please fill in the form above and within 48-72 working hrs your return and refund/exchange status will be updated.

The above form deals with return of products due to 2 reasons:

  1. Unwanted/ Incorrect Product received:
    This means the product is not what you wanted and you want to refund the same.
    Unwanted items returned for refund must be received by us in a re-saleable condition – without any damage or marking on the gift box and it should be complete with the accessories and/or free gifts received with the product and in its original packaging.
    Refunds for unwanted/incorrect products will be done in the form of a Gift Card or in the original payment mode. Your gift card is valid for a limited period. Please ensure to check the terms & conditions.
  2. Faulty/damaged Product received:
    This means that you have received a damaged product or part of the product only or a faulty product. In this case, you can raise the return request by uploading 5 images of the damaged product.

    Refunds for unwanted/incorrect products will be done in the form of a Gift Card or in the original payment mode. Your gift card is valid for a limited period. Please ensure to check the terms & conditions.

Order Cancellation Policy THE CHEF STORY

When you place an order on our website, you will get an order number and an email confirmation. You can cancel from the time you placed the order up to 12hrs or before the order is dispatched whichever is earlier. Please go to your order confirmation email and choose the Cancel option.
