USAGE & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:


1. PRE-USE CHECK:
• REMOVE LABELS, WASH AND DRY THE PAN BEFORE FIRST USE.

2. COMPATIBLE HEAT SOURCES:
• SUITABLE FOR GAS STOVES, INDUCTION COOKTOPS, CERAMIC AND ELECTRIC HOBS.

3. BURNER SELECTION:
• USE AN APPROPRIATELY SIZED BURNER; FLAME SHOULD NOT EXCEED THE COOKWARE EDGE.
PLACE PAN CENTRALLY FOR STABILITY.

4. PRE-HEATING:
• PRE-HEAT WITH OIL, GHEE, OR BUTTER; AVOID DRY HEATING TO MAINTAIN STICK RESISTANT PROPERTIES.

5. COOKING:
• USE LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT AND NEVER LEAVE UNATTENDED. NOT SUITABLE FOR OVENS OR GRILLS.

6. SPATULA CARE:
• PREFER WOODEN OR SILICONE SPATULAS; AVOID HARSH METAL USE.

7. AVOID IMPACT:
• HANDLE COOKWARE CAREFULLY TO PREVENT NICKS AND CHIPPING.

CLEANING AND STORAGE:


1. CLEANING:
• LET COOKWARE COOL BEFORE CLEANING TO PREVENT WARPING. AVOID THERMAL SHOCKS.
• DO NOT LEAVE COOKWARE UNWASHED; FOOD ACIDS AND SALTS CAN DAMAGE IT.

2. HAND WASH RECOMMENDED:
• USE MILD SOAP AND A SOFT SPONGE; AVOID HARSH DETERGENTS AND ABRASIVE TOOLS.

3. STAIN REMOVAL:
• SOAK IN WARM, SOAPY WATER FOR 10 MINUTES FOR STUBBORN STAINS.

4. STORAGE:
• DO NOT STACK COOKWARE; USE A CLOTH SEPARATOR IF STACKING. STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE.

• 3-YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
• 2-YEAR ADDITIONAL WARRANTY FOR ONLINE PRODUCT REGISTRATION.

2. EXCLUSIONS:
• HANDLES, LID, KNOB, DAMAGE FROM MISUSE, ACCIDENTS, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS, REGULAR WEAR AND TEAR AND INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL USE.

3. SERVICE:
• USE GENUINE PARTS FROM AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRES ONLY.
• RETURN DEFECTIVE COOKWARE TO THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRES OR SERVICE POINTS WITH THE PROPER WARRANTY CARD AND PURCHASE INVOICE/RECEIPT TO AVAIL SEAMLESS SERVICE SUPPORT.

4. REPAIRS:
